hi all

I'm curious is it possible to set up openfoam so that solvers and utilities write file with compression only if data is bigger then some threshold?
usually in controlDict I set:

writeFormat ascii;
writeCompression compressed;

but this lead to compression of small files also, but I prefer to have them uncompressed.

so is it possible?
