Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine - OpenFOAM/ Boundary Conditions

Hi,

I am working on a Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine Case and I need to set the BC (The attached photo).

I am asking about BC of the wall (slip).
Do I need to set as wall as usual and change the value then in OpenFOAM?
