Hi,
I am simulating turbulent flow within a cyclic pipe.
The flow perturbed with a modified version of Eugene De Villers perturbU, and when it the turbulent profile begins developing/ is developed certain cells within the mesh exhibits weird behavior. They have a significantly lower pressure than the surrounding cells, and nut and U is hence effected.
I have tried with three different meshes, and all of them behaves the same.
pisoFoam is used as the solver, cyclicAMI is used as boundary conditions for inlet/outlet and WALE is the turbulence model running on OF v2106

Have any of you had this problem before?

Please see attached pictures of the mean pressure and nut. Did not know the relevant code to post.

Best,
Jacob
