Hellos everyone, I am currently trying to solve in a steady state the heat equation of 2 solids that are bounded by a fixed temperature gradient. When I try to run the solver, it says
--> FOAM FATAL ERROR: There needs to be at least one region From function static const Foam::Time& Foam:: pimpleMultiRegionControl::time(const Foam::PtrList<Foam::fvMesh>&, const Foam::PtrList<Foam::fvMesh>&) in file cfdTools/general/solutionControl/pimpleControl/pimpleMultiRegionControl/pimpleMultiRegionControl.C at line 47. FOAM exiting If I change one of the parameters to a fluid it can run it no problem but does someone know why it cannot work with 2 solids? I am trying to compare the numerical solution of this solver and thus wanted to use this simple case. Thanks in advance. I am using openFoam 9 |
