Hi,

Just run the postProcess command to calculate the vorticity e.g:

Code:
simpleFoam -postProcess -func vorticity
https://doc.cfd.direct/openfoam/user...processing-cli

Afterwards you should be able to select it in ParaView and plot as you like.
