Hello,
In OpenFOAM multiphase solvers (interfoam/multiphaseEulerFoam) with an MRF zone, is it possible to inject the secondary phase inside of the MRF zone? Problem description: The simulation contains a Mixing tank with a rotor. The Rotor region is modeled as MRF zone. Gas needs to be injected from the hub of the rotor so the inlet surface of the gas falls inside the MRF zone. When I tried to model this, the gas fraction doesn't move in the MRF zone at all. The gas phase is stuck at (ie near to) the inlet of the gas and doesn't come out of it. |

Anybody have any experience running this type of simulation on OF at all?
