axisymmetric simulation using dsmcFoam+

Hello,

I am a new dsmcFoam user. I am trying to simulate a case where exhaust from a rocket impinges on the ground during the descent stage. I want to use the axisymmetric capabilities of the dsmcFoam+ solver provided by the hyStrath group (https://vincentcasseau.github.io/). Although I can run the sample case that came with the solver, when I try to make changes to that, my simulation domain ends up with no particles very quickly. I could not find much documentation on the solver. So, if anybody has some experience with it, I would really appreciate discussing my issues with you. Thank you!

Hi Akib,
Did you check dsmcProperties file in constant? You need to be accurate about number of equivalent particles and number density.
