I've created a wedge geometry using blockMesh and am trying to use refineMesh utility to refine the mesh in x and y directions. The issue I'm facing is that the refineMesh utility stops without showing any error.

I came across a similar bug reported in 2013 (https://bugs.openfoam.org/view.php?id=746#bugnotes), but I couldn't quite understand the solution mentioned. I'd be really grateful if someone could take a look at it. I've tried using the utility standalone and also with refineMeshDict, they all give the same output.

I've attached the blockMeshDict, refineMeshDict, topoSetDict and logs of checkMesh and refineMesh. Please suggest.
