Could you tell me how to run a calc with PolyDualMesh

I use PolyDualMesh to convert mesh type from tetra
I start to run a calc after PolyDualMesh, but the calc doesn't continue, the run stop like the monitor.png

I need to use another options?

This is my way to run calc with PolyDualMesh

1.setting files "0, constant,system"
2.typing PolyDualMesh 75
3.simpleFoam
