butterfly BLOCKMESH Solution exception:WindowsError

I am using butterfly to simulate the CFD of architecture. When I go to the step of "blockmesh", the error of "windows error" appears. Because I'm new to the butterfly plug-in, I don't know where I went wrong. If you can help me point out the problem, thank you very much.
