Hello all,
I'm interested in implementing pressure driven flow through a corrugated channel using simpleFoam. The case is 2D steady-state, incompressible, laminar flow. I'd like to have: - U as a periodic velocity profile (on inlet and outlet) - p to have a constant pressure gradient I have specified the inlet and outlet boundaries as cyclic. But I'm not sure how to drive flow. I was thinking this could be done with fvOptions, but I have no idea how to do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks Mackenzie |

You can use meanVelocityForce fvOptions:
https://www.openfoam.com/documentati...ity-force.html You might want to check the following tutorial: incompressible/pimpleFoam/LES/channel395 Hope this helps, Fumiya
