Example or tutorial suitable for this buoyancy coupled problem?

As you can see in the attached image, I wish to simulate a 3D room with an open window whose geometry can be modelled as a box.
I couldn't find any tutorial or example taking incompressible air, buoyancy with Boussinesq approximation, coupled with temperature exchange with the walls. The 2D solar radiation at each patch in the wall is known, but the coupled temperature model needs not only to consider solar radiation, but transmission from the room air to the wall and vice versa, so it's a coupled model. Air is to be incompressible, with Prandtl and Rayleigh numbers specified. Is there any tutorial or example I can follow for setting this model? Thanks a lot!! |

After searching for some tutorials or examples, it seems like what I'd need is to couple buoyantBoussinesqPimpleFoam with conjugate heat transfer (defining a thickness to the walls as well as some constant temperature at the other side of the walls --because I don't want to simulate the air behaviour in the neighbooring rooms: it would be approximate enough to assign a constant temperature for them).
Unfortunately, I cannot find any example case for this coupling. Maybe the hotRoom tutorial could be a starting point, but opening a window in contact with exterior wind/temperature conditions doesn't seem to be obvious... I'd need some example for that... |

Hey,
I am stuck on something similar to you regarding trying to couple the compressible chtmultiregionfoam to a incompressible solver. Did you achieve any progress on this? It seems that conjugate heat transfer has been the least worked on in OpenFoam. Thanks Sam |

You asked that you needed some help in the previous post and I was wondering if you made any progress on this. As I haven't not be able to.
