Post damping coefficient or outlet boundary condition

I was wondering which boundary conditions is better between theses provided in openfoam-v1912 and openfoam-v7 regarding wave velocity.


Is the damping method the best (OpenFoam-v7) or the outlet condition provided in OpenFoam -v1912 ?
