Dear Foamers,
This is the question that many Foamers had asked, but still I am waiting for concrete ans "yes" or "no" (Is interPhaseChangeFoam steady or unsteady solver?). I ran flow over an aerofoil for steady simpleFoam and that works for me. Now I want to extend this case to cavitation problem. But I found that the code crashes after few iterations. Is it because that the interPhaseChangeFoam is inherently un-steady and I am trying to force it as steady? This will help me to clarify that my simulations are fine. Any help or clue is highly welcomed. Thanks a lot! |
