Impose a Temperature Profile on the wall of a cooling channel

Good evening
i'm tryng to understand how to impose a temperature profile on wall. Starting from some experimental values i have extrapolated a polinomial function T(x) and now i have to use this profile to run a non-adiabatic simulation but i can't find anything, could anyone suggest how to proceed . |
