Help for Overset Mesh in Openfoam

I'm trying to simulate a Peristaltic Pump for blood pumping using openfoam. Is it possible to achieve the same type of mesh deformation as show in the attached youtube video.t If any tutorial related to his please direct me. Thanks in Advance
