Hello,
I am trying to simulate spray mist cooling of hot plate which is at constant temperature 1073K. Injected water droplet is at 303K and surrounding air is also at 303K. I am using sprayFoam to simulate this case. I have used following thermal spray models with coneNozzleInjection is used. heatTransferModel --> RanzMarshall phaseChangeModel --> liquidEvaporationBoil atomizationModel --> LISA Radiation is off. Now, Problem is when water droplets hits the hot plate(wall), they should be heated up. But in current case setup, temperature of droplets decreased by 4 to 5 degree instead of heated up. I can not understand why it happens? I am very close. can anybody help? I am attaching configuration and droplet temperature. |
