Updates: bug fix- or dev- versions

Dear Foamers,

is there something like the dev or a bug fix-version available for the esi-version like for the Foundation-version?
Or is there an update only every half year -> 1612, 1706, 1712, ...

Ok, I found it here

or here
https://develop.openfoam.com/Development/OpenFOAM-plus

But still I wonder how to install the latest version from e.g. v1706? To get all bug-fixes etc....
Following the links above only allows to install the latest version of the newest version, now 1712.
