Hello Foamers,
I am now working on optimizing a vehicle external aerodynamics. I would like to simulation how a duct connecting the bottom and rear of the vehicle will affect the performance. I first do a preliminary study on the position of the duct inlet and outlet before modifying the model. I create two stl files for the inlet and outlet and I am going to use fan BC for simulating the pressure drop. However I am struggling of how can I apply the BC and patch in the sim. I follow the TJuntcionFan tutorial to define the patch with topoSet. My question is after defining the patch where should I assign the fan BC on the patch and how should it be set? Thank you very much Last edited by hokhay; September 19, 2017 at 07:33. |
