hello
I set a fixedValue condition in openfoam-4.1, but the value changes from step to step.

As you give very little information, I can just guess: you see changes in the cell (center) value in paraview. The values in the cell centers differ from the values on the face set by the boundary condition. Do the values on the boundary also change, if you explicitly select the boundary patch in paraview?

I've been doing this for two months. I run some case in centrifugal pump. 2017-09-07 09-51-06.jpg

I choose only inlet patch in second picture. The value not change in 0 time, but it change in next time in third picture.

This is IB.U files. The other case is ok, but this does not work properly.
