Pressure is not correct in porous zone of interFoam?

Hi.
I computed the flow through porous media under a dam, using interDyMFoam,overInterDymFoam and interFoam. The results for u and p_rgh are reasonable but p seems to be wrong in porous zone. Contours of p are shown in picture below. It is not consistent with the well-known contour patterns in porous media. The reason may be considered as p is just simply calculated from p=p_rgh +rho*g*h, but the hydrostatic pressure rho*g*h is not true in porous media. I think the incorect P does not harm the results of *inter*Foam. It only affects solvers using P such as interDyMFoam and overInterDymFoam. With the overestimated p, my heavy object placed on the down stream ground bed behind the dam is pushed up at the first stage. How can I modify the P in sixDoFRigidMotion? |
