Hello everyone,
I would like to know whether there is a solver in openFoam or functionality able to simulate the creation of particles after combustion. I am planning to implement my own models for soot prediction, and aerosol pollutant formation. I belive that it should start with Euler-Lagrangian coupling, using a reacting solver such as ReactingParcelFoam or FireFoam. However, I would like to know whether it is possible to generate particles only from the combustion, and without injecting/creating some particles at some defined positions. Thanking you in advance. Kind regards, Maria |
