Hi, guys,
I am trying to solve a self-propelled motion of multi-body structure with unstructured mesh. It runs well at first, but after about 85 time steps it suddenly crashes. For some reason, I have to used fixed time step. To lower the courant number, I have tried to decrease the time step, It can run fewer steps further. But when the time step went smaller, the courant number was smaller than 1 at the beginning but increased after a few time steps, and then the system diverged . I have ran checkMesh and checkMesh -allGeometry -allTopology, All of terms passed. I guess the problem is about the fvSchemes I have used or the large courant number. I have attached the fvScheme and fvSolution file. Can someone give me some suggestions on it? ZHENKAI |
