Default simpleFoam with non uniform initial condition fails

Hello,

I've a simpleFoam test case in which I replaced the U file with a non uniform initial condition filled from a calculation. The simpleFoam fails with the message :

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
cannot be called for a calculatedFvPatchField
on patch inlet of field U in file "/usr/local/pkg/src/OpenFOAM/rainbow-v1606+/run/tutorials/incompressible/simpleFoam/testCaseLIDAR/0/U"
You are probably trying to solve for a field with a default boundary condition.

From function Foam::tmp<Foam::Field<Type> > Foam::calculatedFvPatchField<Type>::gradientIntern alCoeffs() const [with Type = Foam::Vector<double>]
in file fields/fvPatchFields/basic/calculated/calculatedFvPatchField.C at line 187.

The direct upload did not work because the U file is quite big, the size of list is 1.6e06
