Hello to all,
Am i the only one who met problems running the tutorial/incompressible/adjointShapeOptimizationFoam/pitzDaily case both for kEpsilon and laminar regime in OpenFOAM 4.1? here the error Code:

It should work without any changes, did you download the right tutorial files?
How did you apply the turbulence in your turbulenceProperties file? Code:
