I wanna make the HeatTrasnfer solution between 2 fluids or solids
(it doesn't matter 1 solid and 1 fluid) On a simple hexahedron which inlet and outlet have different heat conductivity. Finally, When inlet and outlet have temperature ( same or different), I wanna observe the flow by the different heat conductivity. i don't know what should I do -_-. plz help me. i'm new thx |

Hey,
out of the box I do not get the point what you want to do. You should investigate a bit more time in writing your question in order that other people know what you are want to do. For conjugated heat transfer you should use the chtMulti solver. If you only want to simulate a simple case with two different settings you can use other solvers. I don't get the point with the two different conductivities at the inlet. If you have more than one region in your simulation, you need to use cht (of course there are other ways, like implementing it yourself etc.)...

l--------------------------------- l
l----------------------------------l (left side is inlet, right side is outlet. on rectangular-parallelepiped) inlet and outlet have different conductivity. The temperature doesn't matter. When the iteration increase, I wanna observe heat transfer. <- it's main i have bad english skill.. sorry ToT Last edited by bye bye my blue; September 8, 2016 at 23:25. Reason: fixing the message |
