Hello dear all,
I am just trying to start my simulation with OpenFOAM Windows Version 1606+, but I cannot find a faster editor tool like nedit, gedit. I only find "vi". But not so comfortable with it. Besides, the Gnuplot is also not there. I am wondering how I can get those tools also in the OpenFOAM Windows Version. The command "sudo" isn't available there and therefore I cannot install those programs like in Linux. I have also tried to execute the Notepad.exe through the OpenFOAM Command Line Window (the black Background window), but it doesn't work. For example, I want to edit the file ~/.bashrc with an editor. How should I do? I look forward to your kind help! Thank you very much! With kind regards, Jackie |
