[solved] where is openfoam installed on Mac OS X

May I ask where is OpenFOAM installed on a Mac OS X system?
I was following the tutorial of József Nagy in the link shown below in which he mentioned the OpenFOAM source code is installed in the application folder on a Linux system. But there is no such folder in the application folder of a Mac OS X system. Appreciate your advice! ... sorry, it seems that the application folder is the one inside the OpenFOAM source code.
