Hi.
I'm not very experienced with Openfoam. I want to simulate a tank that is filled 50/50 with oil and gas. I want to apply a heat flux to the wall (this heat flux represent a heat load from a fire). The tank is closed so the heat flux on the wall will increase the pressure inside the tank. After som time a release value will open and depressurization starts. Have anyone here any experience with solvers that will work for this type of problem? I am currently looking at solver reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam and compressibleMixingPhaseChangeFoam. - Thomas Engen |
