Is there a database of simulation results from OpenFOAM for a particular case?

Is there a database of simulation results from OpenFOAM for a particular case wherein each entry in database represents the changed input parameters and associated outputs? Input parameters can be mesh size, type of machine it was run on, Mach number, etc.

Quick answer: As far as I know, there isn't one. If there is, it's only for a specific type of simulation.
