How can I simulate salts ( contaminants ) into a water body

Good morning my name is luis , I want to know in witch of the tutorials of OpenFoam , I can simulate salts ( contaminants ) into a water body , just simulate that . Thanks.
If you know either wich one of the multiphase i can simulate a combustion tower or TEA , someting like that Regards Luis Rojas |
