I'm not very familiar with CFD software so OpenFOAM is a bit daunting to me. That said, I think it will be an extremely useful tool to accomplish the project at hand. Hopefully someone can help me figure out what I need to do to accomplish this.

I need to model a ~2x3x5ft container with a heat source inside. The heat source is sitting on a heat sink and there is a fan attached to the beginning of the heat sink to push the hot air through. I need to model the air as it leaves the heat sink and hits the walls of the container to determine if I need to shroud the heat sink to the outside of the container.

Most of the tutorials I have seen done in OpenFOAM have not done something similar to this so any advice or help at all is extremely welcome Thanks in advance!

Also, if I am not giving enough information for people to help me please let me know what else I can do to assist you in assisting me.
