Hello,
i am new in OpenFOAM and i want to do a quenching simulation within OpenFOAM. Following problem description: A hot solid part (~500°C) is going into a water bath with a temperature of ~40°C. During this process many problems occur. Heat conduction in the solid part and convection, conduction and (radiation) in the fluid. Phase change is present in the fluid as well. Has anybody any idea of which solver I should use? Experience in similar topic? |
