Default how to set initial velocity field expressed with cylindrical coordinate

hello everyone
I am a new foamer. I want to set a initial velocity field with funkySetFields. But the initial velocity field is given with cylindrical coordinate.
The expression is:
Code:
U_z=0//axialVelocity
U_r=0//radialVelocity
U_theta=4/(2*3.1415926*r)//tangentVelocity, r=sqrt(x*x+y*y)
I don't know how to realize this.I hope you can give me some suggestion.
