Scolution convergence problem with SRF model Hex mesh

Dear Fiends,
I m facing problem in convergence for singleSRF case, getting very high velocity, even though continuity Error=0.005, details are as given below, 1. Geometry: Single periodic passage of fan with vortex generators added on on blades. Plz see the geometry image attached below. 2. Mesh: Hexahedral Mesh created in ICEM with blockling, Quiltiy 3X3 determinant=0.7. checkMesh utility shows everything ok. Orthogonality: max-68, avg-27 is check is Ok. total element count 1.59lakh. 3. I set non orthogonality corrector 10 in system / fvsolutions file Kindly waiting for reply..... Thank You in advance... |
