openfoammaofnepo is on a distinguished road
Hello there,

In most of the compressible solver in openfoam, the density is updated through Equation of State. However, i found that the continuity equation is still solved. Can some tell what is the role of latter? Can we not solve the continuity equation ?

Thank you.
