I have a question.
If I give interDyMFoam the weight of the object, could it determine where the vehicle sits in the water? In other words, could it determine where is the waterline on the object. If those can not be done with interDyMFoam, are there any other OpenFOAM solvers that can do it? Thanks, |

Greetings kilroy,
Check the tutorial "multiphase/interDyMFoam/ras/floatingObject". Look for "floatingObject" in the forum for more information. But keep in mind the following bug report: http://www.openfoam.org/mantisbt/view.php?id=417 Best regards, Bruno
