Hi, guys, I have a question when I add temperature equation to icoFoam.
By OpenFOAM Wiki, it's said that, we need to add a new transport property related to the thermal diffusion, like ' DT [0 2 -1 0 0 0 0] 0.002;' Actually, it is thermal conductivity. But I'm really confused, why it has the same unit as the kinematic viscosity? Cheers! |

Study the equations again. DT is as stated thermal diffusivity, and as any other diffusivity it has units m2/s.

Oh...My fault...It's not conductivity.
Thank you very much!!!!! |
