Creating a solver for the nondimensionalized Navier-Stokes equation

I am with Santiago on this. Use the normal solvers, fix all the dimensions except for one which then controls the Re-number. If you need a constant forcing term (the mean pressure) as input, use fvOptions.

The fvOptions is really a good utility in OpenFOAM.
