Default how to set up parameters in engineGeometry

Hi everyone, i am running the dieselenginefoam with ext-1.6 version but i am not familiar with this version especially in engineGeometry file for dynamic mesh moving case, I mean I wanna use the engineTopoChangerMesh type. Any hint and help are appreciated or a case file attached.
