Default hydrodynamics analysis of floating structures

I'm trying to find the best free software to work on my problem.
the problem is to find some hydrodynamics characteristics such as RAO , added mass, damping coeff and ... in a floating structure like a SPAR platform.
If here we have anyone which have worked with this software, I mean OpenFOAM, in this category, I would be grateful to use his information.
