Greetings dima13,

It really depends on what you want to do.
If you want to merge the meshes, look for "mergeMesh" or "stitchMesh" here in the forum.

If you want to have different fluids or bodies interacting between the two meshes, you have chtMultiRegionFoam on most OpenFOAM versions, and conjugateHeatFoam on the variant OpenFOAM 1.6-ext.

Best regards,
Bruno
