Transforming output to prescribed format

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if someone has developed a small script to transform OpenFOAM output files, into column formatted files. For example, I would like to be able to read 2D velocity and grid files and create one file with three columns, i.e. X, Y, Speed. The number of columns could vary, but for an example I think this is self explanatory. Thanks! |

I think I've found a work-around this problem! :-)
I just need someone to confirm my thoughts. I've opened results in ParaView and "Saved Data" as CSV, and selected "Points" for Field Association in the "Configure Writer" window. Well, seven files have been created, the same number as "Mesh Parts" I have. My thoughts are that this files correspond one-to-one to the "Mesh Parts" list. Could anyone confirm this, please? Thanks! C. |
