Dear friends, I used pimpledymfoam to make a laminar flow single cylinder viv based on page 79 of this paper, with a Reynolds number of 500 and a diameter of 0.5. There are most of the codes behind this paper, and my grid is as close to the paper as possible. However, the value is not correct, and his results cannot be reproduced. I don't know where the problem occurred. The following is this paper and my calculation example。the paper name is 《CFD simulation of the flow over a 2-dimensional pipe and vortex induced vibration of the pipe with 1 degree of freedom》 load from here https://core.ac.uk/display/30923184。Thanks a lot for reply
