rhoCentralFoam validation

Hi Foam users,
I am trying to validate rhoCentralFoam by using the test case of supersonic flow over a flat plate(0.5m*0.05m) with Minf=2, Tinf=226.5, Pinf=0.01181 atm. For an isothermal wall my results are very good and matches with the result available in "NUMERICAL STUDY OF CHEMICALLY REACTING VISCOUS FLOW RELEVANT TO PULSED DETONATION ENGINES" by Yi-Tae-Hyeong. But for adiabatic results my results do not match exactly for the Temp profile. Inlet conditions: Free stream Conditions Outlet conditions: zero Gradient wall: velocity(no slip),pressure(zeroGradient),temp(zeroGradient) farfield: wave Transmissive Iam attaching the results obtained for isothermal and adiabatic cases. what could be the reason for this? I have refined my grid well near the wall. Thanks in advance Jim |
