Default OpenFOAM for subsurface flow, or coupling with a subsurface flow code?

I'd like to try OpenFOAM out, but want to know a little more before I start. Does anyone know if OpenFOAM can solve variable saturation subsurface flow? Or can it be fully coupled with a code of such kind?
