Hello. I have to simulate a isothermal concurrent flow of 2 imiscible phases in a liquid-liquid column: aquous and organic. The column starts filled with the organic phase, then organic+aquous is fed from the top of the column. My interest is to determine phase fractions, velocity profiles, and stuff... I've studied a lot, and saw four standard solvers that could do the job, or be a great start: TwoPhaseEulerFoam, BubbleFoam, SettlingFoam and MixingFoam.
Mys question is? From the description, which Solver should i use? The TwoPhaseEulerFoam seems to handle just solid-fluid, or am I wrong? No need to say, I'm a total rookie!
Thanks in advance!

You should use interFoam.

But, why especifically should I use InterFoam?

Because in all the solvers you listed the 2nd phase is assumed dispersed, but you want to simulate to immiscible phases.
