Hello, I'm new to OpenFOAM. I'm trying to model a pressure drop caused by a filter media in one duct. I've defined a rectangular channel. In the middle I used topoSet and createBaffles, so I have a cyclic patch inside the fluid domain. As it is a one phase incompressible flow, I've tried to use porousSimpleFoam as solver, but this BC is not recognized by this solver.

The question is, do I have to run the interFoam solver if I want to use a porousBafflePressure BC?

And a secondary question is, how to indentify which of all the derivedFvPatches can be used with each solver?

Thanks in advance, best regards,
