Hello all,
I was very excited to see the new adjoint solver in OF2. The next step would be to incorporate a mesh motion algorithm which optimizes the mesh(geometry) from one timestep to the next. Has anyone done this yet? Are there plans to include this functionality in later version of OF? Thanks, Dan |

hello,
I'm also looking for a mixed solver with autorefine, an "adjointDyMShapeOptimizationFoam" like in order to refine the mesh in the alpha transition zone betwheen 0 and alphaMax (like interDyMFoam does). And i would know if somebody as a tool/ method to extract the optimized geometry, because adjoinShapeOptimization give interesting results, but the new shape can be very difficult to extract. regards, olivier |
