Default Help with 2D cylinder (Files included)

I can't figure out how to get this case running. I am obviously doing something wrong but I can't find the error.

The openfoam directory can be picked up here:
http://mysite.verizon.net/vze17izve/ball.zip

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I just can't figure out where I'm going wrong.

I was using a cp of 0.24 for air. That's Btu/lb-F instead of ft-lbf/lb-F. I changed the cp value to 186 and things seem to be solving better although I haven't gotten to view the solution in paraview yet.
